NEC partnered with CSI to help achieve some of their Sustainability Goals of reducing GHG emissions through Renewable Energy and upgraded energy efficient LED lighting. By Bundling together, the PV Solar project, LED upgrade and a Roof Rental to the building owner, the retail value of the project was reduced from $3.1M to $465,000 by leveraging the incentives of solar.

Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Management Strategy
