Solar umbrella audit

The audit will outline the building’s energy use analysis and make recommendations for building upgrades. In most cases, those enhancements can be paid for in whole or in part through a multi-product “bundled” solution set that includes a solar pv array. By combining these technologies, we can utilize federal, state, and utility incentives to offset upgrade costs and drive a faster return on investment.

Our roof lease turns your roof into a revenue producing asset

NEC pioneered the solar roof lease that pays building owners for the use of their roof or grounds for the construction of a solar array. The roof lease can be paid out annually or taken in a lump sum. Typically, the lease is a function of available square footage used, at an agreed upon rate/sq ft. The lease helps improve the financial metrics of implementing our solutions!

Our average roof lease pays owners approximately $ 200,000.
