The NEC Process

Our principal service is development, design, engineering, and installation of energy products that reduce the energy, operating, and maintenance costs of our customers’ facilities.

These projects improve the efficiency of major buildings systems like heating and cooling, ventilation, power quality, and lighting.

The NEC Guarantee

We commit to our clients that our energy efficiency projects will satisfy agreed upon performance standards and achieve specified decreases in energy consumption.

In most cases, the energy and operating cost savings of the energy efficiency measures will defray most, if not all of the project costs.
