Rick Wooliver

In his role as President, Mr. Wooliver provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and management of NEC’s businesses. He also oversees the NEC affiliate network and supplier relationships. Under his direction, NEC has built a broad offering of services to building owners helping to offset millions of dollars in operating expenses.
As the architect of NEC’s “Solar Umbrella” strategy, the company has emerged as an industry leader in the design and implementation of comprehensive building retrofit upgrades including power, lighting, mechanical controls, and renewable energy systems.
Rick and NEC were recognized by the Cincinnati Business Courier as one of 2012’s 55 fastest-growing privately owned companies in the region.
Rick has a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Dayton.
Joe Stevens

In his position, Mr. Stevens works with NEC’s largest clients in developing strategies that produce long-term, sustainable energy savings. An expert in Building Energy Assessments, Utility Incentives, Federal Tax Strategies, and PACE Financing, he is a strategic resource for NEC customers.
Mr. Stevens resides in Indianapolis where he is active in several local charities and special interest groups. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
Maripat Galvin

Mark Gillespie

A NABCEP Certified solar practitioner, Mr. Gillespie oversees NEC’s renewable energy portfolio which includes complete photovoltaic ground and roof mounted systems as well as wind power. In addition to renewable energy, he also oversees NEC’s electrical distribution design/build department.
Mark serves both locally and nationally as the Co-chairman on the IEC National Apprenticeship and Training Committee.
Mr. Gillespie has a Construction Management Degree from Purdue University.
Mike Farrell

Mr. Farrell aka “The Wizard” acts as NEC’s director of engineering and efficiency. His department specializes in HVAC design and permitting as well as cost effective engineered design solutions for a variety of building applications.
Mike has been the recipient of many prestigious energy awards including a White House visit for receiving The Energy Czar Heat Recovery Award from the Carter Administration.
Mr. Farrell earned a B.S in Applied Science from Miami University, and an Associate of Science in Applied Science from Cincinnati Technical College.
Todd Feldhaus

Mr. Feldhaus is responsible for NEC’s service operation which supports our customer base of over 1,700 commercial accounts in 10 states. Todd manages a 24-hour operation using the most advanced service tracking software available.
Todd is a CEATC graduate and has multiple licenses including the Ohio Unlimited Masters, Ohio Fire Alarm License, and Ohio and Kentucky State Contractors Licenses.

Tony graduated from Miami University in 1990 and earned his MBA in 1996 from Xavier University with a concentration in Taxation, becoming a CPA in 2001. Tony performs NEC internal accounting – AR, AP, Payroll, Financial Statements, HR, Insurance, and Banking Relationships as well as acting as an advisor to our clients on tax matters related to Federal incentives on Energy Services projects.
He is a founder of what is now MWB (originally Controllership Group, Inc.) a respected tax compliance and planning firm.
Ryan Enscoe

In his role Mr. Enscoe works with building owners to develop strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency with NEC services. A specialist in Sports and Recreation Facilities, he focuses mainly in the Athletic space under a wide spectrum of stand-alone, multi-site, Collegiate, and Municipally owned facilities.
Ryan is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Prior to NEC, he was a successful business owner. He remains an avid tennis player and spends much of his time on court or with his wife and two active children. They live in Cincinnati, OH.
